Sailor Moon has already been a target of this marketing technique with the introduction of women t-shirts in four different designs with the characters of the show imprinted on them.

The brand that is responsible for the creation of these innovative t-shirts is ‘Hot Topic’, which has already experienced a surge in the sales of the women t-shirts, and has now decided to introduce the t-shirts for men.

The t-shirts will be half-sleeved, and would be designed on the lines of the women’s range. It remains to be seen whether the men will fancy these cute animated drawings, imprinted on their t-shirts or not.

‘Hot Topic’ revealed that it intends to release some new merchandise designs in the upcoming months, hopefully by October end or November this year.
